SV Class of 1960
SV Class of 1960 had a reunion on October 20th at Zio Fraedo’s in Vallejo. There were 46 classmates and spouses that enjoyed an afternoon of socializing, remembering and catching up . The group enjoyed a wonderful buffet, some good conversation and lots of laughter. Chet Curtis began the festivities by welcoming the group and Class VP Gail Anderson Herkenrath remembered all classmates who are not with them anymore. Many ideas were discussed on how to celebrate their 60th reunion in 2020 and those plans were noted and classmates will start planning in the next six months so they can get a date out early for planning purposes.
If you are reading this and were not contacted for this last gathering it is because we need an updated address and email. Please send your current contact information to Claire La Belle Luke at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you on our mailing list. We had a number of classmates who were not able to attend in October because of previous commitments but they did express an interest in gathering in two years for the 60th reunion.
Special thanks to the Alumni Office at SPSV for the help in finding some people and in the various ideas they shared with us.
SV Class of 1968
The SV Class of 1968 began celebrating their 50th reunion year in March 2018, via a website created specifically for their 50th Golden Class Reunion. They had 7 months to reminisce & get reacquainted with their fellow classmates. It all culminated in a well-attended & memorable 50th class reunion weekend! Friday night, 9/21/18, the "Welcome Gathering" at the Vino Godfather Winery Mansion on Mare Island, was the perfect setting to have personal, one-on-one conversations with classmates that had not seen in a long time. The wine & appetizers were yummy!
The next day, Saturday, 9/22/18, we all met at St. Patrick-St. Vincent Catholic High School for the 50th reunion banquet. The weather was perfect as we enjoyed cocktails & appetizers on the patio area outside. Guests reminisced, as they viewed the class memory boards & memorabilia.
Mike Riley ‘68 was the MC for the banquet program which included the introduction of Guest of Honor, Mrs. Geraldine Gallagher Truax ‘43 (Mrs. “T”) & Sister Mathias, Senior Class Moderator of ’68. The entertainment of the evening was a trivia game and the presentation of a Commemorative DVD, “A Walk Down Memory Lane, 1964-1968, which showed yearbook highlights of the Class of ’68. A delicious buffet was catered by “Simple Elegance Catering”. Eight lucky guests went home with a centerpiece memory box that was stuffed with a nostalgic & yummy, Hostess Cup Cake & Twinkie.
There were fun pictures taken at the photo booth and the DJ, Ed Manio ‘02, kept the party "lively". We sang & danced to our favorite songs from the 60's. Everyone went home with a Commemorative DVD, “Our Music: 1964-1968”. What a memorable 50th Golden Reunion Weekend- congratulations to the SVHS Class of 1968!

SPSV Class of 2003
The class of 2003 celebrated their 15 year reunion on July 21nd. They were extremely blessed to have two professional event planners and entertainers contribute their talents to make this event a success! All were delighted that this year’s reunion had the best turn out ever, with over 50 alumni and guests in attendance. There were alumni from as far as the east coast who came especially to celebrate their anniversary year. Welcome drinks were served on the private outdoor patio at The Union Hotel in Benicia. Beverages were followed by a delicious buffet dinner and fun conversation. After the dinner, alumni prepared for the town wide, interactive scavenger hunt and journeyed to the first stop, Rookie’s on First Street. After refreshing beverages and comical interactions, the group grew with more Alumni and ventured off to Lucca’s Restaurant to enjoy the back private patio. Alumni reminisced along side the warm fire pit and continued to work together check items off the scavenger hunt list. The last stop of the beautiful night was across the street at Relick’s Tavern. The venue had a private VIP lounge with live music from our High school years. The fifteen year reunion ended with a scavenger hunt champion, tons of great memories and everyone asking when the next reunion was going to be!
