About the library

St. Patrick - St. Vincent Library services support the school's educational program, and library research skills are integrated into the curriculum. Our book and online collections are developed to respond to the needs of students and faculty.

The SPSV Library houses over 10,000 books and dozens of current magazines and newspapers. Electronic academic databases expand research to thousands of full-text magazines, newspapers, streaming media, and reference books.

Library Policies

• No food or drink permitted except for water in closed containers.
• Silent study only ; no group study areas areas are available.
• Headphones must be used with multimedia devices.
• Computers are for academic research only.
• All students MUST show a valid SPSV student identification card in order to gain access to the library after school hours.

Borrowing and fines

• Books may be checked out for three weeks and may be renewed by the student online. Overdue books accrue fines of $.25 per book per day.
• A photocopier is available in the library. Copies are $.10 per page.
